Our Story
New Orleans
has been our muse.
Rhonda Findley and David Gordin started this retail journey on Magazine Street back in 1994, and it's been a wild ride ever since. Today, Pop City is the result — three French Quarter boutiques anchored by the NOLA Arrow™, stocked with original NOLA-designed fashion, Saints gameday, Mardi Gras style, and gifts with a sense of humor. And for fine jewelry, there's our sister brand: The Crescent Collection. Every bit of it is a love letter to the Crescent City.

"Keep it Real!"
Rhonda is an award-winning designer, best-selling cookbook author, and longtime New Orleans retailer. She'll shout "Keep it real!" as a greeting, a thank-you, or just an affirmation — and she means it every time.
"Folks come and go. The styles, brands, and trends may change — but one thing remains a constant, and that's New Orleans herself. A muse. From the iconic NOLA Arrow collection to the fun and funky toys and t-shirts, New Orleans has always been our inspiration."
Beyond the stores, Rhonda is an active community volunteer — serving on the Bywater neighborhood association and founding maskdat.com to supply cloth masks to New Orleans' first responders during the pandemic.
One Boutique · One Sister Brand
Different vibes. Same heart.
People ask how a festival-ready boutique and a fine jewelry house share the same family. The answer: New Orleans. Pop City is the loud, warm, everyday celebration of this city — The Crescent Collection is its quiet, golden counterpart.

Our Promise
Love is > hate.
Everyone is welcome, every day, all day. New Orleans is special because we are a city of inclusivity and understanding — and our stores will always reflect that.
